Our AI art transformation services are provided for:

Personal and commercial use
Creating original artwork and transformations
Print-on-demand product creation

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original artwork. Art Reimagined claims no ownership over:

Your uploaded artwork
AI-generated transformations you create
Any derivative works you produce

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing our services.

4. Pricing and Payments

Free trial includes 10 transformations
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

Create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute malware or harmful code
Attempt to reverse engineer our technology

6. Limitation of Liability

Art Reimagined is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
