Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- You have not exceeded the usage limits of your plan
- Your account is in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service)
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Free trial credits
- Additional credit purchases after the initial subscription
- Renewal payments after the first billing cycle
- Partial month usage
How to Request a Refund

- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
